Made my first trip to Gerdt's Family Farms earlier this summer and was impressed with the progress Jake and Camille have made and loved the layout of the property. Lot's of great products available too including freshly butchered chickens & tasty garden lettuce. I roasted one of the chickens on my weber grill in an iron skillet and added some applewood chunks to the charcoal briquets. The chicken turned out delish! Great flavor, juicy and tender.
